Staying at Turtle Bay Lodge was an unforgettable experience. The location is simply stunning, set right on the waterfront with easy access to both the coral reef and the serene bay. I particularly enjoyed kayaking to the Blue Holes, which was both a unique and breathtaking adventure. The outdoor pool provided a refreshing way to relax after a day full of activities.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The management team, Vicky and Mick, were always on hand to offer recommendations and help with booking activities. Their efforts to maintain a clean and bug-free environment were much appreciated.

The food at The Salty Dog Bar and Restaurant was delicious, with a great selection of local seafood, organic beef, and even pizzas. The complimentary continental breakfast with fresh tropical fruit and toast was a perfect start to each day.

The rooms were comfortable and offered beautiful sea views from the patio. Having a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities in the room was a nice touch. The PADI Dive Center on-site is a fantastic addition for diving enthusiasts, offering daily dives on the East Coast of Santo.

While the dirt track leading to the lodge was a bit rough, it was a small price to pay for the incredible location and amenities. The only minor downside was the lack of nearby restaurants, but the quality of food at the lodge more than made up for it.

Overall, Turtle Bay Lodge is a gem in Santo. With its beautiful setting, friendly staff, and array of activities, it’s the perfect place for a relaxing yet adventurous getaway. Highly recommended!
