Our stay at the Mountain Range Retreat in Vilas was nothing short of spectacular. Nestled just 17 miles from Sugar Mountain and 22 miles from Grandfather Mountain, the location is perfect for those looking to explore the natural beauty of the area.
Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly at the 24-hour front desk and were pleased to find ample free private parking. The vacation home itself is spacious and beautifully maintained, offering all the modern amenities one could wish for, including free Wifi.
The home boasts 5 comfortable bedrooms and 4 pristine bathrooms, easily accommodating our entire group. The living room is a perfect place to unwind, complete with a satellite flat-screen TV and a cozy fireplace, which added a nice touch of warmth to our evenings.
The fully equipped kitchen made meal preparation a breeze, and we enjoyed dining on the terrace with its stunning mountain views. The balcony was another highlight, providing a serene spot to sip our morning coffee while taking in the breathtaking scenery.
The seating area was perfect for our group to relax and chat, and the presence of towels and bed linen added to the convenience and comfort of our stay.
