- Room Quality: The rooms are well-appointed with marble bathrooms, power showers, and heated floors. The air conditioning and flat-screen TVs add to the comfort.
- Views: Being Berlin’s tallest hotel, the top-floor terrace offers incredible views of the city, which is a great place to relax.
- Facilities: The hotel has a spa, gym, and sauna. The wellness center is a nice touch for relaxation. The Spagos Bar&Lounge serves meals and drinks prepared in an open kitchen, adding an interactive dining experience.

[+] We were thrilled with our corner room, which offered a stunning panoramic view of the city from two sides. The hotel honored my request for a higher floor and placed us on the 33rd floor—truly exceptional. The breakfast is a must-try, with a delightful variety of options. Checking in was incredibly easy; we simply collected our room keys from a machine after completing the online check-in process. The location is perfect, right in the heart of all the shopping and sightseeing action.
[-] The elevators are segregated for different floors, which sometimes meant a bit of a wait to go up or down.

[-] I didn’t like having to unpack my bags twice because the first room had a loud ventilation noise. Although the technician was on call, the issue couldn’t be resolved. They moved me to a room without a fridge, but they provided me with ice throughout my stay. 🙏
