Staying at Serras Barcelona was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the impeccable service and warm hospitality were evident. The location is unbeatable, right opposite the sea in the Gothic Quarter, offering both convenience and stunning views.
The hotel’s historical charm is beautifully complemented by modern luxuries. The room was stylish, air-conditioned, and soundproofed, providing a perfect retreat after a day exploring the vibrant city. The balcony offered breathtaking views of Port Vell, adding to the overall ambiance.
Dining at Restaurant Informal by Michelin Starred chef Marc Gascons was a highlight. The Catalan specialties and Mediterranean tapas were delightful, and the rooftop infinity pool provided a serene setting for a signature cocktail while enjoying panoramic sea views.
The staff were exceptional, particularly Sandra, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The front desk team was incredibly helpful, efficient, and accommodating, ensuring all our needs were met seamlessly.
The rooftop lounge was a fantastic place to unwind, with chill-out music and a cozy atmosphere. The library bar on the mezzanine level added a touch of elegance and tranquility to our stay.
Though the beds were a bit soft for our preference, this is a minor point in an otherwise perfect stay. The hotel’s proximity to key attractions like Picasso Museum and Santa María del Mar Cathedral made it an ideal choice for our visit.
Overall, Serras Barcelona is a true 5-star gem with outstanding service, luxurious accommodations, and a perfect location. Highly recommended!
