During my stay at Sure Hotel by Best Western Reims Nord, I was impressed by several aspects of the hotel. The location is highly convenient for those traveling through the Champagne region, with easy access to the highway and secure outdoor parking. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and assisting with any queries I had.
The room itself was clean and well-equipped with amenities such as free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a kettle for tea and coffee. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Although the room was a bit on the smaller side, it was adequate for a short stay and had everything I needed. The cleanliness of the room met my expectations, though I noticed some minor areas that could use a bit more attention.
One of the standout features of this hotel is the breakfast. The selection was rich and included various options to suit different tastes. I particularly enjoyed having breakfast delivered to my room, which added a touch of convenience and comfort. The only minor suggestion I have is to offer more baguettes, as they were quite popular and seemed to run out quickly.
The hotel’s proximity to the historic center of Reims and major attractions like the Palace of Tau and the Abbey of Saint-Remi makes it an ideal base for sightseeing. Additionally, there’s a grocery store nearby for any essentials you might need during your stay.
Overall, Sure Hotel by Best Western Reims Nord offers great value for money, especially for travelers passing through the region. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Reims.
